Richard consults with employers, drawing upon 28 years of broad corporate experience associated with the human resources (H.R.) employment life cycle. He has led teams in H.R., engineering, and sales organizations. He has developed multiple corporate education programs and trained over 800 Fortune100 managers. Richard strives to incite new leadership perspectives which deliver transformative business solutions with clear-cut ROI’s.

Richard’s extensive experience has spanned the corporate spectrum, from a $10 billion annual revenue industry leader to a pre-IPO venture capital funded startup. As a former engineer with 12 years in technology sales management, he brings a unique perspective to human capital organizations that traditionally lack such broadened experience. Richard’s functional experience includes recruitment, hiring selection, assessments, conflict resolution, career planning, employee mentoring, multi-generational considerations, and outplacement/downsizing.
